Always Eat After 7 PM: Progress

We’re a bit further into our weight loss journey now and I’m still sticking with my original plan of cutting out what I know isn’t great for me on a daily basis, but still indulging as a treat. The No Bake Salted Caramel Bars are one of my favorite new desserts. My family and I really enjoy the Cheesy Ground Beef Skillet, too. The recipe is found in the book, but I do love any diet book that gives me permission to eat a dinner with ground beef, white rice, and cheese. I do really love cheese, but I had mostly eliminated it when I was losing weight on my own. This is a dinner that’s been regularly featured on our family meal plan ever since I first made it.
