Always Eat After 7 PM: The Start
This post is brought to you by our sponsor, “Always Eat After 7 PM”. The opinions expressed below are my own.
I’m a mom to 4 children. My last, and final, kid is now a 2 and a half year old ball of energy. There came a point very recently when I realized that I was no longer a ball of energy, or barely had any energy whatsoever. I needed a change.
Truth be told, while I knew it was time for a change, my health was about to give me the final push. Not only had I gained an amount of weight that my body had never seen before. My body didn’t know what to do with. I didn’t feel good about myself, but even more troubling was that my health was starting to suffer. The moment I learned I had high blood pressure, that was it.
It’s now been 5 months since I’ve been on a weight loss journey. In this time, I didn’t have a plan or follow any specific diet. I eliminated most pasta, french fries, and a lot of cheese. I stopped drinking soda and iced coffees. I’ve been eating more fruits and veggies and going with the lighter version of my favorites.
And I’ve currently lost about 30 pounds. I have 10-20 more to go to get to my happy weight.
But really, everything in moderation is my mindset. If I want an iced coffee or some french fries, or even a bite of chocolate cake. I’ll have it. Not all the time. But II know that if I don’t give myself that bite, I’ll wind up binging on the whole thing down the road. So I still give in. I’m following my own rules. And that’s also why I’m excited to include Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion in the remainder of my weight loss journey.
“Fact is, most diets are extremely narrow with regard to food choices and variety, and many even limit entire macronutrients altogether over the course of the entire program (think low-carb and low-fat diets). Three months with no carbs? No thanks. Such practices not only are entirely unnecessary, but make for a miserable, unsustainable experience.”
We’ve been traditionally taught to avoid carbs, have an early dinner, and never eat before bed. But the fact is, the latest scientific research shows us this earlier model is not the most ideal. Based on surprising science, Always Eat After 7 PM debunks popular diet myths and offers an easy-to-follow diet that accelerates fat-burning and allows you to indulge in your most intense food cravings: Eating the majority of your calories at night.
That’s what I say! They get me! I hope you’ll follow along with my progress and maybe join in, as well. Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion is now available to purchase.
