This is a sponsored post for Artterro. All opinions are my own.
Craft supplies are always a great staple to have on hand when kids are involved. I’ve been getting into thinking up more creative ideas with my kids lately, but I also like to have some craft kits readily available as well. We reviewed an Artterro Eco Art Kit not too long ago and they are great kits to keep little hands busy.
While Artterro has always been eco-conscious using only sustainable, natural materials, they’re excited to announce a relaunch with brand new bold packaging, extra materials, bonus projects, a new title and more just in time for Earth Day! In keeping with their values, the new packaging is made of 100% recycled cardboard, and their new bead bags are biodegradable. I appreciate companies that take pride in making quality products while doing their part to care for the world around us.
This time around, we were sent a Bookmaking Kit to review and check out a sneak peek of the packaging that just debuted. While their packaging before was definitely in line with the products, I love that even the boxes now can be incorporated into a craft and upcycled. Now that’s smart! The outer box can turn into a mailbox, birdhouse or special treasure box, and the inner tray can be decorated as a frame for finished art. That’s 2 bonus projects to go along with the original craft!
It was a busy week last week, with Spring Break and trying to fit in work and keeping my kids busy. I did hear a few, “I’m bored!‒s, however. Which was a great time to introduce this kit, with vibrant colors and quality materials. Bookmaking was just a natural for my daughter, as she can never have enough paper, and the designer paper included, along with craft thread and beads, is beautiful. When we finished making our mini books, we then turned the box into a birdhouse to put outside, which Abby personalized with her coloring skills. I was happy, the kids were happy, and now even the birds are happy!
