Mix your Quaker® Old-Fashioned Oats together with cinnamon, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add that to an egg, melted butter, milk, and vanilla. Toss in some blueberries and raisins. All of these ingredients are so easy to find at Target, by the way. After you pick up about 50 items you didn’t know you needed, but Target is just that good of a store.

Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until the top is browned.

Blueberry Cinnamon Roll Baked Oatmeal

Yield: 2 large bowls

Cook Time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 50 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Quaker® Oats Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/4 cup + 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp + 1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups + 2-3 tbsp milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp + 5 tbsp better, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl stir together oats, 1/4 cup brown sugar, baking powder, 1 tsp cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk 2 cups milk, egg, vanilla, and melted butter.
  4. Add the oat mixture to the wet ingredients. Fold in blueberries and raisins.
  5. Pour in prepared baking dish(es) and bake for about 25 minutes, until the tops are brown.
  6. To make the cinnamon topping, combine 5 tbsp butter, 1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon, and 1/2 cup brown sugar.
  7. For the cream cheese icing, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 2 or 3 tbsp milk until smooth.
  8. Drizzle the cinnamon and cream cheese over the baked oatmeal. Top with more fresh blueberries.

  1. I’ve never tried baked oatmeal before. This recipe looks like a delicious breakfast treat. Oatmeal is good for you and filling too. My husband would enjoy this also.

  2. WE love oatmeal in our house. This is a flavor combo that I never thought of trying. Even the kiddos would like in our house. Yummy!!
