Mermaids are such a big deal these days. They’re mythical and magical and so full of wonder. They’re also great inspiration for summer crafts. And that’s why I’m excited to share today’s project. My daughter and I have been loving this Cardboard Roll Mermaids Craft!
Our Cardboard Roll Mermaids are a beautiful addition swimming under the sea. They’re easy to make unique, too, by simply printing our Mermaid Free Printable Template and coloring in your choice of colors to get started.

After printing our Mermaid Free Printable Template on white paper, proceed to fill in hair, skin, and top in whatever color you choose with sharpie markers or metallic pens. I’m really loving this set of metallic pens and have been using them in as many crafts as possible. For our Cardboard Roll Mermaids you will also need acrylic paints, scissors, hot glue, and possibly, clear tape.
