If you’re looking for a super quick and easy kids craft for Shark Week, then you have to give our Cardboard Roll Stamp Shark Craft a go! So fun, and a really great shark craft for kids of all ages. The end result are some simple, but really cute sharks!

All you need to do is gather some cardboard rolls, blue cardstock, and shark-colored acrylic. Then stamp as many circles across the page as you can! A few triangles drawn on and you have yourself the cutest swimming sharks in the ocean.

Easy Stamped Shark Craft

To make this darling shark art craft project you will need clean toilet paper size cardboard rolls, blue cardstock, acrylic paint in blue or gray, as well as blue, gray, and black markers.

Craft supplies needed.

  • Cardboard rolls
  • Blue cardstock
  • Acrylic paint – blue, gray
  • Markers – blue, gray, black

Circle Stamp Shark Craft Step by Step Directions

Begin with clean toilet paper size cardboard rolls. You will need one for every paint color.

Spread paint on flat surface.

Spread a generous amount of your paint colors on a flat surface. A paper plate always works well. We used just a normal sheet of paper this time. For our sharks we used silver, gray, and blue paint.

Dip one end of cardboard roll in paint.

Now, dip one end of the cardboard rolls in a paint color. Make sure the roll is completely covered in paint.

Stamp the cardboard roll on a sheet of blue cardstock.

Stamp circles.

Keep stamping to make as many sharks as you want. Be mindful, however, that you need room between circles to draw fins for the sharks. Let the paint dry completely.

Draw fins.

Once all paint is dry, use a marker in the corresponding color to draw a ^ symbol on top of the circles.Then, draw two < > on either side of the circles for fins. Add a couple lines on the side fins for details.

Use black marker to draw simple face.

Finally, finish the sharks by using a black marker to draw two simple dots for eyes and a mouth.
