These no-bake Chocolate Protein Packed Yogurt Truffles are very easy to make, as well, using only 4 ingredients. Melting the chocolate chips in the microwave is seriously the hardest part.

Once the chocolate chips are melted, add a tablespoon of almond butter, ¼ cup of Greek yogurt, and ¼ cup of chopped up ZonePerfect® Nutrition bars in your choice of flavors.

Chop up your bars into small pieces. Like I said, we used Cinnamon Roll and Chocolate Almond Raisin, but they have a number of varieties that would work well in these truffles. 2 bars, one in each flavor, was just enough for all of our truffles.

Chill the chocolate mixture until it’s just hard enough to roll into a ball. The chocolate should still be fairly soft, however, so you can coat the truffles in the remaining chopped up ZonePerfect® Nutrition bars.

Protein Packed Yogurt Truffles

Protein Packed Yogurt Truffles

Yield: 14 truffles
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips (you could use dark chocolate or white)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 ZonePerfect® nutrition bars in your choice of flavor(s)

Instructions

  1. First, chop your nutrition bars into small pieces. Set aside in bowls for coating.
  2. Melt chocolate chips in a microwavable safe bowl in 30 second intervals.
  3. Stir in almond butter, yogurt, and 1/4 cup of the chopped nutrition bars.
  4. Place in freezer for at least 15 minutes, or until just set enough to roll. Using a melon baller, roll into balls then through the chopped up nutrition bar.
  5. Keep refrigerated.
