Toys. They are a necessary evil in a house of kids. And before I go on, how did I get old enough to consider toys a bad thing? When did that happen?
As I was saying, toys can seem like a necessary evil. Because while they keep a child’s attention and can hold their creativity, there’s the matter of cleaning up the mess that ensues. And that mess very easily takes over the entire house. With little LEGOs and blocks and crayons oh my!, amongst others, everywhere.
And that’s where the Toydozer comes in.
The Toydozer makes a fast way for kids to pick up all those little pieces. They’re simply swept into the large bucket-like pan with an included scoop. From there, the play items can be poured into whatever container they’re supposed to reside in.
Our biggest trouble spot is the kitchen table. It’s a perpetual disaster zone, where all block building and creating is done in a heap of destruction. But now I give my kids the Toydozer and they can quickly clean up after themselves. Making them do it, however, still requires a bit of bribing.
