Color Matching Bunny Ears Craft
Help the bunny from getting his colors all mixed up with our Color Matching Bunny Ears Craft!
Not only is our Color Matching Bunny Ears Craft a super simple and colorfully fun Easter craft, but it’s also a great way for little ones to further learn their colors. Just make a group of bunny faces in different colors. We used pink, orange, blue, and purple. Then, lay out painted clothespins that correspond with the different face colors and get matching!
To make our Color Matching Bunny Ears Craft you will need cardstock in the bunny colors of choice as well as acrylic paint to match. The rest of the supplies include wood clothespins, medium googly eyes, white poms, black and white markers, glue, and scissors.

Supplies needed:
- Cardstock – we used pink, orange, purple, blue
- Acrylic paint – colors to match cardstock
- Medium googly eyes
- Black and white markers
- White poms
- Glue
- Scissors
First, cut circles from the cardstock.
You’ll want the circles to be about 3 ½-4 inches.
Then paint the clothespins to match. Let dry.
While the paint on the clothespins are drying, complete the bunny faces. Adhere googly eyes about in the center of the circle. Glue on a white pom for the nose.
Draw a happy bunny mouth with the black marker and add a few whiskers with the white marker. We used our trusty metallic marker pens.
All you need now is to match the color clothespins with the right bunny!
The bunnies in this Color Matching Bunny Ears Craft are cute on their own, but what a fun way to play with colors, too! Looking for more bunnies?
