I have the cutest DIY Mini Baskets craft to share with you today! They’re perfect to store little candies or treats in for Easter, and just in time, too. But they could really be used anytime. They would be a also fun addition, and the right size, for your little girl when playing with her dolls.
The Mini Baskets are made with plastic dip mini cups, just the regular kind you buy in a bag at the store. Wrap them in cupcake liners, tie a ribbon, and use pipe cleaners for the handle. Buy the decorated cupcake liners or your kid can have fun coloring them, though we just used white.
They’re seriously the cutest little Mini Baskets!
DIY Mini Baskets
- 1.5 oz plastic dip mini cups
- cupcake liners
- pipe cleaners
- hole punch
Apply glue all around your mini cup then position your cupcake liner. Press it in so it holds, then apply more glue just under the tip of the cup for your ribbon. Wrap that around, pressing as you go, and tie in a bow.
Gently pull back a bit of your cupcake liner to punch a hole. Do the same on the opposite side.
Insert your pipe cleaner and twist the end around itself to hold.
Add candies, trinkets, whatever you want! Happy, hoppy, Easter everyone!
