Folded Paper Turkey Craft
Supplies needed:
- Cardstock – red, orange, yellow, purple, etc.
- Small googly eyes
- Black marker
- Glue
- Scissors
Begin by making a square of cardstock.
An easy way to do this is to form the cardstock into an equal triangle then trim away the excess.
Move the fold down about an inch, so the front is a bit smaller than the back.
Now bend the front tip down to form another triangle for the turkey’s head.
Cut in at a slight angle down to the main fold where the points of the head triangle meet. See above image.
Fold the cut flaps back so the turkey stands.
Create the turkey’s design with a black marker.
Add a beak with the black marker. Also glue on googly eyes.
Using the same color cardstock, cut two feet shape. Also cut a snood shape.
Glue the feet to the bottom back of the turkey and bend up. Glue the snood behind the beak.
