Fun Pink Plastic Spoon Pigs Craft
Sometimes, you just need a silly craft. And our Fun Pink Plastic Spoon Pigs Craft is the best kind of silly craft!
I picked up these pink plastic spoons about a year ago. I thought for sure I’d be able to come up with a hundred projects where I could use them. Well, I didn’t. Thus, they’ve been sitting in my craft collection until I came across them just recently. This time, when I looked at them, I saw pigs. And we had to make this Fun Pink Plastic Spoon Pigs Craft.
For our Pink Plastic Spoon Pigs Craft you will need a lot of pink, really. First, pink plastic spoons. You will also need pink construction paper, pink pipe cleaners, and a pink and black marker.

Supplies needed:
- pink plastic spoons
- pink construction paper
- pink pipe cleaners
- fine-tip pink and black Sharpies
- scissors
- school glue
First, make the pig’s body. We used the bottom of a drink cup to trace the circles on pink paper. Then cut out. Also cut two small rectangles, one end with a tip, of pink paper for the ears. So make small rectangles, but they need to come to a point on end.
Make a slit towards one end of the circle, large enough to slip the spoon through.
Draw the pig’s face. Make a pink circle for the snout, then add two dots, as well as two dots for the eyes and a happy pig mouth.
Slip spoon through the slit in the circle.
Cut 4 rectangles for the pig’s feet. Use either the black or pink marker to make a sort of m shape to resemble hooves. Glue in place on the circle. And glue the ears in place, too. Bend the ears over.
Snip a pipe cleaner in half. Begin wrapping around the end of the spoon, starting in back and directly below the paper circle.
I told you they were fun! They remind me of Piglet from Winnie the Pooh, or a pig ballerina. Be sure to check out more fun spring crafts at Our Kid Things!
