Whooo’s ready for a quick and easy handprint craft that’s a perfect craft for the fall season? Whooo’s ready for this simply cute Handprint Owl Craft? Are you raising your hand? We think you should raise both hands, then trace and cut them out for this adorable craft.

Is it just me, or are owl crafts just a hoot? I love that you can make them as super colorful as possible, add patterns, and just go wild with your imagination. They’re absolutely one of our favorite subjects for fall crafting. There’s nothing not to love, especially when you add a darling handprint as the base of the craft.

Fall Handprint Owl Craft
To make our handprint owls you will need cardstock in your choice of colors, metallic markers in assorted colors, small googly eyes, scissors, and a glue stick.

Owl Handprint Craft Supplies Needed
- Cardstock – your choice of colors
- Metallic markers – assorted colors
- Googly eyes, small
- Scissors
- Glue stick
Handprint Owl Craft Step by Step Directions
Begin by choosing two colors of cardstock, one for the body of the owl and the other for the wings.

Then, trace a handprint on the cardstock chosen for the body.

Cut out the handprint.

Use your scissors to trim a long U shape at the top wrist part of the handprint.

Now, cut two simple wing shapes with the other color cardstock.

Glue the wings in place on both sides of the handprint.

Add googly eyes. Also, use a metallic marker to draw a beak. We like to use our metallic markers.

Finally, add fun feathery details to the wings with metallic markers to complete your simple and be-hoot-iful fall handprint owls.
