Happy Heart Pencil Toppers
Here’s another super quick and easy last minute Valentine’s Day craft idea, Happy Heart Pencil Toppers!
As you can see these Happy Heart Pencil Toppers are really fun and colorful, on top of being super quick and easy. They’d make a great handout addition to your kid’s Valentine’s Day school classroom party.
Simply take 2 heart foam stickers, cut some colorful hair out of construction paper and sandwich the hair with about 3 inches of pipe cleaner between the 2 heart foam stickers. Then glue googly eyes and draw on a nose and happy mouth. Attach your Happy Heart Pencil Topper around your pencil and you’ll have the happiest pencil in class!
Happy Heart Pencil Toppers
Supplies needed:
- heart foam stickers
- pipe cleaners
- construction paper in various colors
- googly eyes
- fine-tipped black sharpie
- scissors
- glue
Take one heart sticker and draw on a nose and mouth your fine-tipped sharpie. Glue on googly eyes. Let that dry.
Cut some fun spiky hair out of the construction paper. Take the paper off the back of the sticker so it’s sticky and adhere the “hair†to the top of the heart. Take your piece of pipe cleaner, about 3 inches or so, and stick it to the bottom of the heart. Sandwich that with another foam sticker.
Wrap around your pencil and have fun passing these around the class!
