Cell phones are great, except when they’re not. Without a home phone, I rely on my wireless like a life line. However, there’s been a number of times when my phone has mysteriously lost all reception. At which point, I’ve even had to resort to restarting and resetting to be able to call again.
It should be easier than that to make a phone call.
What would happen if this occurred in an emergency? With Jedi’s diabetes, and just 3 mischievous kids with all their many surprises, every second could count. Especially with back to school right around the corner, I need to know for sure they can get a hold of me.
It’s no surprise that more than half of those surveyed in the midwest are unhappy with their wireless carrier. The rest of the country didn’t fare any better. Dropped calls are apparently the norm. But they shouldn’t be.
Most people stick with their cell phone provider because they’re afraid switching would be too difficult. The last thing we need is another contract to sign and more technical jargon to decipher. We just want a phone that works!
