The holiday season is officially upon us. The kids are making their lists and checking them twice. While each of my kids have their own interests, one thing for certain is that those lists are bound to include toys. Big kid toys or little kid toys, a toy is a toy. And a toy without it’s needed batteries is just not very much fun.
Be sure to click on the products in the image above to stock up on the batteries for all your gift giving!
Here’s your reminder: Don’t forget the batteries! To make sure we’re fully prepared with enough of those holiday essentials, I’ve already begun stocking up on Energizer® batteries on our latest trips to Walmart. Click here to receive a $5 Walmart eGift card with your $15 Energizer® battery or lights purchase!
I’m starting with Energizer MAX® batteries AA 8 Pack. From digital cameras to toys, this is the battery for everyday devices with power and protection that keeps going. I’ve also grabbed Energizer® Ultimate Lithium™ batteries AAA4 Pack, the #1 longest-lasting battery. Not only that, but there’s confidence in each battery’s safety-conscious, leak-proof design that our most-loved, most well-played devices are protected against leaks and corrosion. Also, perfect for my teen’s stocking are Energizer® Brand Headlights. So he’s not stumbling in the dark, these lightweight and versatile lighting products are designed especially for those tasks that require two hands.
When it comes to presents that need batteries, though, there’s no need to just toss the pack of AA in the bottom of a gift bag. It’s easy to make them part of the gift, too, with our Holiday Cheer that Keeps Going Card! This Holiday Cheer that Keeps Going Card Free Printable is the perfect way to not only remember to include batteries, but present them in a fun way that keeps the holiday cheer going. And going. And going.
My teen will love opening his stocking to his Energizer® Brand Headlight along with the card for extra batteries.
And all the other remote control cars, stomping dinosaurs, shooting cannons, yelling monsters, singing puppy dogs, choo choo trains, and toys for kids ranging in age from my 15 year old to our 1 year old that will need batteries, too.

Fold the cardstock in half and cut down the middle line to separate the two cards. With the wood skewer, poke two holes in the middle of the card.
Fold the top of the pack of batteries down. Then, take a strand of yarn or ribbon and begin wrapping from the back of the pack of batteries. Bring both ends to the front, twist, and wrap in the other direction. Tie the yarn in the back of the batteries.
Take the wood skewer and guide the yarn or ribbon through the holes.
Tie on the back of the card to secure and cut off any excess yarn or ribbon. Then, add a Christmas bow onto the edge of the battery pack to complete the Christmas gift look.
Your holiday gifts are now complete! Toys, cheer, and batteries, too! What toys do your kids have on their wishlists this year?
