No Bake Monster Cookie Bites
It’s getting closer to back to school, and that means we need to start thinking about back to school snacks. These No Bake Monster Cookie Bites are just that, and they go together in no time.
Anything with monster in the name is bound to be fun, too, along with good to eat and perfect for after school. They’re sure to be one of those snacks that kids are excited to grab as soon as they get home, because they always seem like they’re starving.
Bite-size and great for little hands, these Monster Cookie Bites are a delicious mix of oats, peanut butter, honey, with color and chocolate from mini M&M’s. Simply combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Then roll into balls, setting on a tray. Place in the refrigerator for an hour.
The only thing scary about these Monster Cookie Bites is how quickly they go together, and how fast they’ll be devoured. No baking, no fussing! 4 ingredients and 3 steps. After school snacks don’t get much easier!

Monster Cookie Bites
Ingredients
- 3 Cups Oats
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter, smooth
- ½ Cup Honey
- 1/3 -1/2 Cup Mini M&M's Candy
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Roll into balls and set on a tray.
- Refrigerate for about an hour.
- A great after school snack ready to greet the kids!
