Each handprint in our Mother’s Day Handprint Flowers Craft is a folded card, so you can write Happy Mother’s Day! We love you, Mom! And use another card to write all the reasons why your mom is the best mom ever. Fill it with words like nice, kind, sweet, gives good hugs, pretty, or the best adjectives to describe mom.

For our Mother’s Day Handprint Flowers Craft your little one will first need to supply their handprint. Trace it onto colored cardstock in pretty spring, flowery colors and gather brown and yellow cardstock, too. Aside from that, the rest of the supplies include green pipe cleaners, a single hole punch, black pen or marker, school glue, and scissors.

Cut a vase shape from the yellow paper. Make it a simple rectangle or get fancy with it.

Apply glue to just the edges of the vase, leaving the top unglued. Glue vase to the bottom of a sheet of brown cardstock, puffing the vase shape out slightly so there’s an opening at top. Let dry.
