Make a Olympic Torch Paper Craft
To make our Paper Olympic Torch Craft you will need cardstock in gold, yellow, orange, and red. Along with that, you’ll also need a glue stick, tape, and scissors. So easy!
Olympic Torch Craft Supplies Needed
- Cardstock – red, yellow, orange, gold
- Tape
- Glue stick
- Scissors
Paper Olympic Torch Step by Step Directions
Begin with one sheet each of red, orange, and yellow cardstock.
Cut each color into large jagged shapes.
Then glue the layers onto each other, starting with red on bottom, orange, then yellow.
Next, glue the flames onto the top of the gold colored sheet of cardstock. Let the glue dry.
While the glue is drying, cut about a 2” or so strip from the bottom of the gold cardstock.
Now, roll the torch up. Tape to secure the ends.
Cut the strip to fit around the torch. And fold up the long edges to give a slightly elevated look from the rest of the torch.
We used glue as well as tape to secure the strip around the top of the torch.
And you’re ready to start the Olympics!
