Paper Penguins Craft
Who doesn’t love penguins? The way they waddle and shuffle about with their little flipper wings. They’re a lot like I’d envision myself to be if I were a bird. Alas, I’m a mom doing crafts. The easier the better. Which is why I absolutely adore this Paper Penguins Craft that also comes with a Free Printable Template!
Now while we love penguins, we also quite adore penguin crafts. This Paper Penguins Craft is one of our favorites, for sure, but we’re also still fond of this Old CD Penguin Craft as well as our Made with Hearts Penguins Valentine’s Day Craft.

For our Paper Penguins Craft, you will first need to print our Free Printable Template and cut out shapes in white and black cardstock, as well as the color of choice for the penguin’s scarf.
Also needed are scraps of orange paper as well as small googly eyes, scissors, and a glue stick.
Paper Penguins Craft
Supplies needed:
- Paper Penguins Free Printable Template
- Cardstock – white, black, and color of choice
- Orange construction paper
- Small googly eyes
- Scissors
- Glue stick
Print the Paper Penguins Free Printable Template.
Cut the circles out of white and black cardstock. Glue the white in the center of the black, leaving just an outline of black.
Fold over both sides of the circles for flippers.
Cut a scarf in the color of choice. Make a few snips on one end of the small rectangle piece for a fringe effect. Bend up slightly. Glue diagonally across the larger rectangle. Glue in place about ⅓ of the way down the circles.
Adhere googly eyes and a small orange triangle beak above the scarf.
Continue on with penguins in different color scarves. The more penguins, the better!
