Plastic Bottle Superhero Cuff Bracelets
Making a craft out of items you already have around the house is a great way to repurpose, especially when it’s something that would just be taking up space in the trash. Like how we turned an empty plastic bottle into Plastic Bottle Superhero Cuff Bracelets!
For these Plastic Bottle Superhero Cuff Bracelets, you’ll need a plastic bottle first of all. We cut up a 12 oz soda bottle, and was able to get 2 bracelets out of 1 bottle. Then, apply your gems with glue. There’s no need for a way to fasten these bracelets, either, as the plastic will fill around the arm on it’s own.

Supplies needed:
- Plastic bottle
- Gems
- Glue
- Scissors
First, cut your plastic bottle. Make sure your bracelet area will be a flat part of the bottle. We were able to get 2 cuff bracelets out of the middle of 1 12 oz soda bottle.
Next, apply your gems with glue. For a stronger hold, use a plastic-bonding super glue or hot glue. We found that 5 gems seem to work best, but do however many in whatever pattern you want.
These Plastic Bottle Cuff Bracelets are not only fun, sparkly fashion pieces for girls, but they could easily be turned into Superhero bracelets when the kids are playing superheroes! Just add some blue gems for boys and they can get into the action, too! And be sure to check out more of our fun kids craft ideas at Our Kid Things!
