Fall is officially here, and I couldn’t be more excited. It is my favorite season, after all. I’m such a long sleeves and bundled in blankets kind of girl. But I also know that with the colder season, I need to give my immune system all the help it can get. That’s why I turn to the benefits of Emergen-C.
Available in the health aisle at Walmart, Emergen-C is packed with B vitamins, antioxidants, and electrolytes, plus more vitamin C than 10 oranges.
It also comes in many different flavors. I picked up a 30 count pack of Emergenc-C Tangerine flavor as well as a 30 count pack of Raspberry.
A quick boost stirred in a glass of water, what I really love to do is mix a pack of Emergen-C in drinks like this Raspberry and Mango Layered Smoothie!
The flavors together in this Raspberry and Mango Layered Smoothie make feel like I’m back walking along the shoreline of the beach, getting lost under the sun and tides. Even during the colder, bundled up days of fall.
With my toes in the sand and the ocean in front of me, there’s something so electric about the waves as they crash. Because while I love fall, I also can’t wait to get back to the sand again.
This Raspberry and Mango Layered Smoothie may not transport me to the beach, but it’s a good step. By including fruit, yogurt, juice, and Emergen-C, it’s a great way to make sure my system stays in check so I can thoroughly enjoy all the wonders of fall. And who knows, I might just wind up on the beach again. Or at least replenished after a morning workout.
Super simple and so good, for 2 glasses you’ll need 12 oz of fresh or frozen mango chunks and 12 oz of raspberries. Also, ½ a cup of Greek yogurt, milk, orange juice, and 1 pack each Tangerine and Raspberry Emergen-C.
Blend the raspberries, yogurt, milk, and Emergen-C Raspberry until smooth. Pour into the bottom of a glass. Then blend the mango chunks, orange juice, and Emergen-C Tangerine. Pour that on top of the raspberry layer.
Add straws, close your eyes, and you just might find yourself at the beach. But the sights, sounds, and magic of fall aren’t bad, either.

YUM! I love the colors of this drink! I never thought to add two different Emergen-C flavors to get creative with a smoothie recipe. #client
