It’s almost time for Nickelodeon’s 28th Annual Kids’ Choice Awards! It’s airing this Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 8 PM ET. Seeing as how I have 3 kids who watch a lot of Nickelodeon, we’ve been anticipating this for awhile! But we still need to get ready with plenty of fun beverages and treats on hand.

Since Capri Sun Roarin’ Waters is the official drink sponsor of the Kids’ Choice Awards, it only makes sense that I take my inspiration from there. This lightly fruit-flavored water beverage has no artificial colors or flavors and is only 30 calories.

First, though, I had to head to Walmart to pick up some packs. Walmart makes it easy with most stores carrying a Capri Sun Roarin’ Waters Kids’ Choice Awards display with 30 count Team Packs of Capri Sun Roarin’ Waters. Most stores, but not my store, unfortunately.

Since I was only able to find Tropical Fruit in the 30 pack at my store, I also went ahead and picked up a regular box of Strawberry Kiwi.

They would go great with individual Sugar Cookie Fruit Pizzas!

I took a lot of help from the store for these Sugar Cookie Fruit Pizzas. With a roll of already prepared cookie dough, bake your cookies according to package directions.

Then make the frosting with a mix of cream cheese and whipped topping. Add your fruit slices, and you have a yummy spring treat!

We had strawberries, kiwis, and blueberries to choose from which I thought would be a great combination with the flavors of Capri Sun Roarin’ Waters.

Now that I know what we’re going to munch on during the Kids’ Choice Awards the only question is who will win? To make that part fun, too, I had my kids write down who they want to win in some of the big categories like Favorite Kids TV Show and Favorite Actor and Actress. We’ll see how right on we were when the show airs this Saturday!
