Eight months ago I had a baby. He’s now a bouncy, funny little guy who’s a light in my life. There comes a point, however, when I can no longer blame the extra weight I’m carrying on my pregnancy with him. I think I’m about to that point. I’ve lost weight three times in the past, so I know I can do it again. This time, though, I’m a bit older with a bit more to lose than I’ve ever had before. Thus, I’m starting the right way with the help of Weight Watchers® and specially marked products at Walmart.
I’m learning now about the new Freestyleâ„¢ program and zero Points® foods. As someone just starting out, the Weight Watchers products make choosing what to eat easier. There are smart options and flexibility to enjoy more delicious recipes and foods to help reach those weight loss goals.
And the foods are the perfect mix for a summer afternoon. We’ll start with a bowl of JOLLY TIME® Healthy Pop® Popcorn endorsed by Weight Watchers.
These perfectly portioned 100 calorie packs are non-GMO and gluten free with only 3 SmartPoints® value per serving. It’s the only popcorn that is endorsed by Weight Watchers, but don’t tell that to my kids. They just know it’s delicious popcorn.
A lovely lunch or party appetizer, the star of our summer afternoon is our Strawberry Turkey Pinwheels using fat free strawberry cream cheese and turkey lunch meat. Then rolled in Flatout® Flatbread endorsed by Weight Watchers.
These Weight Watchers Endorsed Flatout® Flatbreads are a simple solution to creating quick, easy meals and are all 2 – 4 SmartPoints® value per serving.
Simply lay out one of the Weight Watchers Endorsed Flatout® Flatbreads. Spread a thin layer of fat free strawberry cream cheese and slices of turkey lunch meat.
Roll up as tightly as possible and slice into pinwheels.
Sprinkle with a touch of fresh, green cilantro.
Then finish your perfect summer afternoon with Weight Watchers Ice Cream Novelties. The Giant Chocolate Fudge Ice Cream Bars make me feel like I’m indulging in a decadent treat, yet are all under 100 calories and only 2-4 SmartPoints® value per serving.
