Apply 3 circles of glue to card.

Next, with 9 total circles of tissue paper ready for each card, apply 3 small circles of glue on the front of the brown cardstock where you would like your flowers to go.

Scrunch up one of the cirles in the center and place in glue.

Scrunch up one of the circles of tissue paper in the center. There really is no better word for this, you kind of twist and just gather and scrunch. Place the tissue paper on the circle of glue.

Scrunch up tissue and place in glue for all 3 flowers.

Repeat for all 3 flowers.

Add a circle of glue on top of the first layer.
