Supplies needed:

- Construction paper scraps – yellow, white
- Medium googly eyes
- Black and orange pen

Begin by painting the craft sticks.
Paint the following; 4 green, 2 black, 2 orange, and 2 cream. Let dry completely.
Glue the craft sticks in place against a square of scrap paper to fit. Order from the bottom; 1 green, 1 black, 2 green, 1 orange, 2 cream, 1 orange, 1 green, 1 black.
Cut a rectangle from the green cardstock for the leprechaun’s hat. Glue on back.
Adhere googly eyes on the cream craft sticks. Use the black pen to draw a small nose on the cream craft sticks, as well. Also, use the black pen to separate the legs on the bottom green craft stick. Draw a mouth on the bottom orange craft. Use the orange pen to make a few dots for freckles.
Cut two small yellow rectangles for buckles. Glue in place on the black craft sticks. Cut hand shapes from the white paper. Glue on the side of the 2 green craft sticks. Use the black pen, again, to color in the center of the buckle.
These giddy little leprechauns have lots of green, lots of charm, and are lots of fun! Be sure to check out all of our St. Patrick’s Day crafts at Our Kid Things!
