We’ve been making a lot of different cupcake liner crafts lately, and they’ve all been a blast to create. When it comes to fun, though, I do believe this Cupcake Liner Monster Craft takes the cake. Do monsters like cake? Who doesn’t like cake? I’ll take the cake!

Anyway, this monster craft for Halloween is so cheerful, so simple, and just the cutest. It’s amazing what adding a couple googly eyes to a cupcake liner can do. Or three eyes. Four eyes. However many eyes you want. Added to a jumbo craft stick, it’s a super fun puppet craft for Halloween, too.

Halloween Monster Cupcake Liner Puppet Craft

To make our cupcake liner monsters you’ll need cupcake liners in an assortment of colors, various sizes of googly eyes, a white paint pen, jumbo craft sticks, and a glue stick.

Cupcake Liner Monster Craft Supplies Needed

Cupcake liners – assorted colors
Googly eyes, variety of sizes
White paint pen
Jumbo craft sticks
Glue stick

Simple Monster Craft Step by Step Directions

Begin by gathering colorful cupcake liners. You will need two cupcake liners for each monster.

Gather cupcake liners and a jumbo craft stick.

You’ll need jumbo craft sticks, as well.

Now, flatten the cupcake liners.

Draw monster mouth with a white paint pen.

On one of the cupcake liners, draw a monster mouth with the white paint pen.

Glue jumbo craft stick to the back of the front cupcake liner.

Then, glue the jumbo craft stick to the back of the cupcake liner.

Glue other cupcake liner to back of first.

Glue the second cupcake liner to the back of the front cupcake liner, so that the craft stick is sandwiched in between.

Finally, add googly eyes. One large googly eyes. Multiple googly eyes. All different sizes and quantities of googly eyes. Then, just make more monsters! We made a monster with almost every color cupcake liner we had, because they’re just that fun.
