Mini Pizzas with Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits
A breakfast isn’t the same without biscuits. Whether you make breakfast for dinner, a breakfast out, or a family breakfast at home, biscuits are a staple. I prefer mine soft and pillowy, smeared with grape jelly.
Biscuits aren’t just for breakfast, though. If you think they are, you’re probably missing out like I have been. Anything out of the norm is hard for me to wrap my head around, but true. Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits are good any time!
Pillsbury Biscuits are an especially easy way to make a weeknight meal at home. Now, let me admit something here. I thought once my kids were back in school, I would have all this extra time to myself. I’d bake brownies and scrub baseboards. In my head, the house would be spotless and I’d be waving like a 50’s June Cleaver as they leaped off the bus, greeting them with open arms in an apron.
I am not June Cleaver. This extra time I dreamed of, I have no idea where it went.
As it is, days are just as hectic as before, if not moreso. I try so hard to fit everything in before the kids get home that I’m exhausted by the time they do. The last thing I want is to spend a lot of time making dinner.
And that’s where Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits come in. There are all sorts of easy, quick recipes to create with biscuits, outside of breakfast. Like pizza, for instance!
These Grands! Mini Pizzas were so simple to make with only a few ingredients and my kids had a blast helping me.
Ingredients
1 can refrigerated Grands! Biscuits
1 cup pizza sauce
cheese
toppings of your choice
Smooth out the biscuits until they’re about 6 inches around. Add pizza sauce, I don’t like a lot personally. Then your toppings. We had 3 different kinds of pizza: cheese, pepperoni, and mushrooms with green peppers. The mushrooms and green peppers I sauteed lightly just to soften.
Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes. Full instructions here.
It was an easy and fun weeknight meal. My kids enjoyed creating them as well as eating them! All thanks to Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits. Seriously, who knew? Be sure to download the Pillsbury recipe booklet for even more ideas and tell me which Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits recipe you’re excited to try!
These were such a hit. We’ll definitely have them again!

Oh I remember making these as a kid! I’ll have to remember this for the weekend, I have everything in the fridge already!
How fun! My kids would enjoy making this with me. Thanks for sharing!
