Hot Cocoa Fudge
Did someone say fudge? Because when one says fudge, one does need to say it again. I am THERE. Like right there, and not moving until I get some fudge. And when it’s winter, what could be better than this Hot Cocoa Fudge recipe? Though really, there is no wrong time of the year for Hot Cocoa Fudge.
New Year’s resolutions can skip a day or two. Don’t worry, this Hot Cocoa Fudge won’t stay around for long. The good new is that it’s so easy to make again, with just 5 ingredients, that you can make it over and over again. Good news. Bad news for those diet goals. Your call.
To make this Hot Cocoa Fudge you will first need to line a 9 by 9 inch pan with parchment paper. Then, in a small sauce pan, over low heat, pour in sweetened condensed milk and whisk in cocoa powder. Stir in chocolate chips and continue to whisk until well combined. Add vanilla extract. Pour fudge into the parchment lined pan and top with marshmallow bits. Make sure to press these well into the chocolate or they will not stay after cooled. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for three hours or until solid. Cut into fudge size pieces.
This Hot Cocoa Fudge can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks. But honestly, I doubt you’ll ever need to worry about that as it’ll be gone in less than 2 days.
