Cotton Ball Stamping Easter Bunny Craft

Cotton Ball Stamped Easter Bunny Craft supplies needed.

To make our Easter bunnies paint project you will need cotton balls, colored poms, white acrylic paint, blue cardstock, a black marker and white paint pen, washi tape, and small googly eyes.

Stamped Easter Bunny Craft Step by Step Directions

Begin by using a white paint pen to draw two ears on the top half of a blue sheet of cardstock.

Draw bunny ears with white paint pen.

We liked starting with the ears first, as we then made the body to fit the ears.

Clasp cotton balls in clothespin.

Now, gather a few regular cotton balls. We then clasped the cotton balls in a clothespin for easier stamping. We started stamping with 3 cotton balls, but moved down to two and one as the project evolved.

Dip the cotton balls in white paint.

Dip the cotton balls in white paint.

Stamp the head of the bunny.

Continue stamping complete.

And begin stamping in a circular pattern under the ears. When stamping the head make sure you leave room for the body.

Then stamp the body of the bunny.

Stamp the body larger than the head.

Continue stamping until the head is complete. Then start stamping the body. Stamp the body a bit larger than the head.

Add small googly eyes and small pom for nose.

Once your bunny shape is stamped and the paint is dry, add googly eyes. As well as a small pom for the nose.

Draw a simple bunny mouth and whiskers.

Next, draw a bunny mouth with the black marker. And add whiskers with the white paint pen.

Add a washi tape scarf.

Finish the bunny by adding a washi tape scarf across the neck area for additional cuteness.
