Paper Bag Handprint Bunny Craft
Who’s ready for a “hoppy” Easter? I think I say this joke every year. It’s just that punny. Yes, I’ll stop. Seriously, though, you’ll be sure to make lots of fun memories this year when you make this Paper Bag Handprint Bunny Craft!
Whether you make this handprint bunny craft for Easter or as a fun spring craft, it’s sure to be a cherished keepsake. It doesn’t need many supplies, and there’s really nothing messy about it, either, if you’re looking for a craft where you don’t need to clean up paint or glitter.
Paper Bag Handprint Easter Bunny Craft
To make our Handprint Paper Bag Bunny Craft you will need a brown paper lunch bag, brown cardstock, markers in pink, purple, black, and white, a 2” circle paper punch, scissors, and a glue stick.
Paper Bag Handprint Bunny Craft Step by Step Directions
Begin by tracing your little one’s handprint on brown cardstock.
You will want to trace the handprint with the fingers close together.
Cut out the handprints. You will need two handprints for this craft.
Now, use a marker in your choice of colors to draw and color in the inside of the ear.
Glue the ears to the top of a brown paper lunch bag. Make sure the front of the bag has the fold.
Next, use the same color marker to draw a simple nose and whiskers. Use a black marker to draw simple eyes and a bunny mouth.
Then, punch out two 2” circles with the paper punch. Cut the circles in half.
Finally, draw 3 lines on the half circles then glue 2 in place beneath the fold of the bag.
And the other two at the bottom of the bag.
Such a simple and sweet Easter and spring kids craft! We hope they make you just as hoppy and ready for the real Easter bunny as they made us!
