Craft Stick Handprint Pumpkin Frame Craft
To make this darling pumpkin craft you will need regular wooden craft sticks, clothespins, orange and brown acrylic paint, green cardstock as well as other scraps of cardstock, scissors, a glue stick, and fall photos.
Handprint Pumpkin Craft Supplies Needed
- Craft sticks
- Clothespins
- Acrylic paint – orange, brown
- Cardstock – green, scraps

Craft Stick Pumpkin Craft Step by Step Directions
Begin by gathering 10 regular wooden craft sticks.
We glue the craft sticks together using a scrap piece of cardstock to fit the width of all the craft sticks. This is easier and safer than using a glue gun, especially when working with kids.
Now, paint the craft sticks orange. Let the paint dry completely.
Also, paint clothespins brown. Let those dry, too.
While the paint is drying, trace and cut a handprint from green cardstock.
Then, once the paint is dry, use a clothespin to clasp the handprint to the top of the craft sticks.
Lastly, choose a fall photo. Trim the photo to fit inside the pumpkin, then clasp the photo with the clothespin.
Such a fun way to display fall photos! Easily change out the photo for another at any time, too.
