Paper Bag Colored Pencil Craft
Today, we’re really excited to show you our Paper Bag Colored Pencil Craft! They’re completely cute, vibrantly colorful, and they’re oh so easy. They’re quite possibly the best kind of fun back to school craft and a great way to get kids creative leading up to that first day back.
Really, though, what isn’t super cute after slapping on a pair of googly eyes? These colored pencils are especially cute and charming, however. Pair the eyes with a simple marker mouth, and of course the paint color of choice, and you have a great back to school toddler craft.
Back to School Colored Pencil Craft
To make these charming back to school pencils you will need brown paper lunch bags, acrylic paint in the colors of your choice, medium sized googly eyes, a black marker, scissors, and a glue stick.
Paper Bag Colored Pencils Craft Supplies Needed
- Brown paper lunch bag
- Acrylic paint – colors of choice
- Googly eyes, medium sized
- Black marker
- Scissors
- Glue stick
Colored Pencils Craft Step by Step Directions
Begin with a brown paper lunch. Flip it over so the fold of the flap is facing down.
Fold the flap part of the bag into a triangle shape. Glue in place to secure.
Next, flip the bag over and paint from below the flap down in the paint color of your choice.
Also, paint just the tip of the flap in the same paint color. Let all the paint dry completely.
Once all the paint is dry, add googly eyes.
Finally, draw a simple mouth with a black marker to finish your colored pencil craft.
Now, all that’s left is to make one of every color in the box!
