Begin by printing the witch hat on the cardstock color of choice.
If you want to make black witch hats, then you will need to cut out the hat and trace on black cardstock.
Cut out the witch hats.
Now, begin decorating the hat. We started ours by making the belt for the hat. You can do this with other colors of cardstock. We also used glitter glue, too.
Add buttons and stickers, or decorate with markers. We like to use our metallic markers. We also used a star punch to punch some black stars and glued those on one of our hats.
The best part of this Halloween process art craft is that you can make it however you want! Get creative and have fun!
