Easter Gnome Paper Bag Craft Step by Step Directions
Begin by printing the bunny gnome template.

Select the colors of construction paper. Trace and cut out the template patterns from the selected papers. The template includes hat, hat-border, ear patterns, nose, head, beard, mustache, eye bases, and shoes. You can measure and cut out the clothes pattern according to the size of the selected bag.

Now, glue the inner ear cutouts on the main ear cutouts and attach the mustache cutout near the top side of the beard cutout. Also, attach a thick cardstock piece or foam piece on the backside of the nose cutout; this will lift up the nose from the flat patterns.

Attach the nose right above the mustache, on the beard.

Prepare the clothes pattern and attach the shoe cutouts along the bottom side of the clothes cutout.

Next, glue the ear patterns on the hat base, keeping the bottom sides of the ears aligned with the bottom side of the hat.

Glue the hat-border along the bottom side of the hat base.

Attach the beard pattern along the bottom side of the head cutout.

Now, attach the hat pattern along the top side of the head part.

Use a sharpie to fill the eye bases and then attach the eyes on the head part.

Now that the pieces are all made, it’s time to grab your brown paper lunch bag. Glue the body to the bottom part of the paper bag.

Finally, glue the head pattern on the flap of the bag to complete the gnome puppet.
