Handprint Fall Leaf Turkey Craft
We’ve been on a craft kick lately with making handprints resembling fall leaves, and so I figured why not get a little ahead of the game with our Handprint Fall Leaf Turkey Craft. Even though it’s a little early, we just had to.

Like with our other handprint leaf crafts, our Handprint Fall Leaf Wreath Craft and our Handprint Leaves Fall Tree Craft, this turkey craft is made with handprints cut from different shades of fall colored cardstock. We then drew leaf veins with metallic markers. We do love the pop from the page we get with our metallic markers. You could always try regular markers instead, though, or a simple black sharpie.

Fall Turkey Handprint Leaf Craft
To make our fall turkey craft, you’ll need cardstock in brown, light blue, as well as yellows, oranges, and red.

You’ll also need metallic markers, small googly eyes, scissors, and a glue stick.
Handprint Leaf Turkey Craft Supplies Needed
- Cardstock – brown, light blue, yellows, oranges, red
- Metallic markers
- Googly eyes, small
- Scissors
- Glue stick
Handprint Turkey Craft Step by Step Directions
Begin by tracing handprints on fall colored cardstock.

We used five different shades of yellows, oranges, and red for each turkey.

Cut out the handprints.

Now, use metallic markers to draw leaf veins along the handprints.

Next, cut two circles from brown cardstock. One larger, one smaller.

Glue the handprints in a fan shape towards the top of a sheet of light blue cardstock, or whatever color background you choose.

Then, glue the larger circle first in the center of the handprints. Glue the smaller circle on top of the larger circle.

Lastly, add googly eyes and use a gold metallic marker to draw a beak as well as simple feet to complete your fall turkey craft.
